CrossFit combines weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight exercises in constantly varied workouts. So, no more boring workouts! Classes are tailored to all skill levels, making it accessible for beginners while still challenging for seasoned athletes. Whether you’re looking to build strength, increase stamina, or enhance overall fitness, CrossFit helps you achieve real-world strength and confidence.

Strength For Life
Ready to take your health into your own hands, but not sure how to start? This class was designed for the beginner in mind. You’ll learn the importance of strength building through functional movements designed to help you be strong for your every day life. Get ready to feel empowered and stronger!
Saturday Morning Skill Work
Welcome to your perfect Saturday morning challenge. Each Saturday we will tackle a new skill to develop and hone in on. There will be a rotating schedule that we’ll be following to allow you to work on something new each week. Whether you want to focus on weightlifitng, gymnastics, endurance training, or mobility, we have you covered. This comes with an unlimited CrossFit membership or is open to public for a $20 drop in fee.

Legends
Are you over the age of 55+ and want to increase bone density, build strength, balance, coordination, and body awareness? You may be aging, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get fit. This class was designed to help you continue to be the legend that you are! Designed with an “aged to perfection” generation in mind, our Legends Class will help keep you moving and grooving. You’re never too old to take care of yourself!

Kid’s CrossFit
Children are our future and what better way to help set them up for success than through fitness! Our certified Kid’s CrossFit Instructor is going to teach your child the fundamentals of fitness and how FUN it can be to workout. Each class will be something new and fun, designed to leave them wanting more. Whether your child is in sports, wanting to build strength, explosiveness, endurance, or stamina, or maybe they’re brand new to fitness, this class is for them!
